Divorce and Paternity Case Parties Must Take a Parenting Class
Here in Brevard County, Florida, parents involved in a dissolution of marriage with children or a paternity action must attend a parenting class before a final judgement will be provided by the court. Both parents must attend his or her own class and obtain a completion certificate. The certificates must be filed in the court matter so the Judge may review them prior to issuing a Final Judgment.
